  • What is Jumeirah Park?

    Located at the heart of Dubai’s most desirable residential district, in between Interchange 5 and 6 on Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah Park is a secure, integrated and family orientated residential community spreading over 350 hectares. The community combines well crafted villas with the richness of expansive parks, eco-friendly green spaces and family orientated amenities.

    Jumeirah Park is the latest addition to Nakheel’s Jumeirah family, which comprises Jumeirah Village, Jumeirah Golf Estates, and Jumeirah Islands.

  • How big are the units?

    There is a total of four different sized villas; three bedroom (small), three bedroom (large), four bedroom and five bedroom. These range from 3595 sq ft to 5509 ft total area.

  • What is the completion date for Jumeirah Park?

    Construction has begun at the beginning of 2007. We are looking to have the development complete by the third quarter of 2010.

  • What special features will the villas include?

    All villas have their own private terraces and gardens, private spacious double garages, and individual, temperature controlled swimming pools for four and five bedroom villas, which will also available for purchases with three bedroom villas. The villas themselves have been carefully designed to maximize the idea of open plan living. Fully equipped open kitchens are standard, but can be partitioned and customised. Family rooms can ben converted to an extra bedroom, for guests or new family members. Bedroom are all substantial in size, allowing each family member to live in comfort.

  • What facilities are nearby?

    Residents are connected to be very best of what Dubai has to offer: from world class entertainment to hospitality and shopping. The spectacular Ibn Battuta Mall, with more than 250 outlets, Fitness First gym, and the city’s largest cinema complex, is less than a five minute drive. Also nearby is Canal Pointe, a new project including a state-of-the-art 125 hospital and 250 room luxury hotel as well as 250 serviced apartments, which is due for completion in 2010.

  • What facilities will be available within the development itself?

    In keeping with the family oriented nature of the community, there will be excellent facilities available for children on site, including children’s day care centre, children’s play area, youth centre and kindgarden through to secondary school. At the heart of Jumeirah Park will be a community centre located at the central entrance of the community, featuring a department store, bank, post office, pharmacy and cafes as well as a shopping centre with a shopping arcade and variety restaurants. As well as the on-site security, there will police and fire stations within the development, and clinic and a hospital within a few minutes drive. There will also be a Jumaa Masjid and a number of local masjids.

    True to the development’s park theme, there is a very strong outdoor lifestyle emphasis within the development. There will be jogging, walking and cyling trails as well as outdoor exercise areas, a gym, and the community clubhouse will feature tennis courts for the exclusive use of residents.
